Terms of Service - Doctores Condominio

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of CyberLabs Corporation and the Doctores Condominio application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

CyberLabs Corporation provides software development services, including but not limited to:

• Web and mobile application development
• User interface design
• Technology consulting
• Technical maintenance and support
• Application hosting and deployment

3. User Obligations

As a registered user, you commit to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the app only to consult information about your registered property
• Not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Respect condominium rules and management policies

4. Doctores Condominio Service Terms

4.1 Eligibility

The service is intended for property owners and residents registered by Doctores Condominio management. Access requires valid credentials provided or authorized by condominium management.

4.2 Roles and responsibilities

Doctores Condominio is responsible for user service, condominium management, and administrative information displayed in the app.
CyberLabs Corporation is responsible for development, technical maintenance, infrastructure, and platform security.

4.3 Account and payment information

Account status, payments, debts, and fee information is configured and managed by Doctores Condominio. CyberLabs Corporation does not determine or modify condominium financial data.

4.4 External links

The app may include links to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp). Use of those services is subject to the respective providers' policies.

4.5 Service availability

We strive to keep the platform available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

The source code, designs, and components of the Doctores Condominio platform are owned by CyberLabs Corporation and/or its licensors. Condominium data belongs to the corresponding management.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during use of the service. This obligation remains in effect even after discontinuing use of the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberLabs Corporation will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for technical services, when applicable.
