- Condominium relationship data: urbanization, property/home, user role.
- Account status data: payment status, debts, fees, and payment information configured by management.
- Technical usage data required to operate the service (session, authentication identifiers, access logs).
Purpose
- Authentication and secure access.
- Display account information, condominium notices, and contact channels (support, legal assistance) to the owner.
- Operation of the administrative panel linked to the service.
Legal basis for processing
- Performance of the relationship between the condominium and the registered owner.
- Legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service.

Recipients / processors
- Infrastructure and authentication providers (for example, Supabase, Render, or equivalent services).
- External links opened voluntarily by the user (for example, WhatsApp). CyberLabs/Doctores Condominio does not control data processing in those third-party apps.
